It’s already November, but some children can still be seen wearing short sleeves inside the school building. During lunch break, they were full of energy, running and playing in the arena. On this day, the 6th-grade students hosted the “Yumenomori Festival.”
They invited everyone to join during lunchtime, saying, “Please come and see!” and also took on the role of hosts and MCs for the event.

6th grade came up with games that everyone from 1st to 6th grade could enjoy together. The “Anything Basket” game, played using newspaper, was a huge hit!
After the games, everyone got to draw from a handmade fortune slip (omikuji) and take part in a stamp rally, both designed to make the festival even more fun. Hearing comments like “Thank you!” and “The omikuji was amazing!” made the 6th graders feel relieved and happy that their efforts paid off.

It seems that collecting all the stamps earned you a small prize. We’re already looking forward to the next event from the 6th graders’ “Yumenomori Festival”!

At Yumenomori, unicycles are all the rage!
Even students who couldn’t ride before are now gliding smoothly. They’re pedaling freely and energetically, working up a sweat as they practice and play.

The 1st and 2nd grade students are divided into groups and are challenging themselves to perform classic folktales.
Meanwhile, the 3rd–6th grade took on a “Blindfold Treasure Hunt”! Working in teams, they walked through the school holding hands to find designated objects. Only one member was allowed to keep their eyes open — that student gave directions and guided the others by hand.
The older students created short performances, thinking about movements and lines based on given themes.
