The second day of our study trip began with a stroll around Tokyo Tower.
The play they went to see was “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.” It’s a hugely popular show that started performing in its own theater in 2022 and has been running for almost five years. The children seemed excited, saying things like, “I’ve seen Harry Potter on TV,” and “I know the story.”
Since it has been announced that the show will end in December of this year, it was crowded even on a weekday. The performance went for about 4 hours, with an intermission in between.
“I was surprised by how realistic the time travel scene was.”
“I had never seen Harry Potter before, but it was still incredibly exciting and entertaining.”
“The ending performance was amazing.”
And so on, we headed home, immersed in the magical world of Harry Potter.
無事に大熊町に戻り、１泊２日の学習旅行は終わりました。疲れている様子でしたが、お家の人の顔を見た子供たちは笑顔。学習旅行で学んだことをぜひこれからの生活にも生かしてほしいと思います。
