“Enjoy watching during your lunch break♪”
For our third Lunch Iitomo, we had a photographer from the Okuma Town Incubation Center come to visit.
The Incubation Center is where people who want to start working in Okuma Town gather. Various events are held there.

⚪︎Why are you doing your current job?
“It all started with my sister’s wedding. I borrowed a camera from my father and took some great photos. That’s when I started to like taking photos. I started thinking about what makes a good photo.”

⚪︎What did you do to get your current job? “I learned from Instagram. I thought I could take good photos by editing them, so I copied the photos of good photographers.”
⚪︎What do you value in your work? “I value everyday life. I want to capture the joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness of a moment.”
⚪︎What do you want to tell everyone? “I want to take pictures of things that are important to everyone. I want to take pictures of things that are full of emotion.”

When you want to master something, it might be a good idea to start by imitating others. I’ve heard that it’s good to imitate the form of someone who is good at sports.
“Learning” 🟰 “Imitating”
Even when studying, it might be a good idea to try and imitate the methods of various people until you find a study method that suits you.
