Masahiro Sakaguchi, who is from Higashi-Osaka City, comes to see the children.
Mr. Sakaguchi visits children who come from areas affected by earthquakes, storms and floods. He flies to these disaster areas as “Uncle Balloon” to encourage the children…
I hope that Mr. Sakaguchi will continue to visit every year, but I also hope he won’t have to visit any new locations. Mr. Sakaguchi has made us all smile. How many children has he cheered up, we wonder?
