We visited the handmade glass brand “Irises” in Odaka Ward, Minamisoma City as part of our Future Design class. We toured the workshop and shop, and experienced making things. There were children working on crafts, making accessories using stones, and making small containers using wood. It was a valuable opportunity to try making small items out of glass.
