The “Balloon Man,” known for his amazing balloon art, visited Yume no Mori again this year. Everyone was fascinated by how focused he was as he quietly worked. One creation after another took shape before our eyes.

The “Balloon Man,” who came all the way from Osaka, visited a kindergarten in Iwaki the day before, and today, he kindly came to Yume no Mori.
He shared, “When children are happy because of what I do, it makes everyone around them happy too. If I can bring a smile to a child’s face, that’s the best reward.”
He created balloon art for the children of Yumenomori with that warm spirit in mind.
We truly appreciate his visit—thank you very much.

【Only a Few Days Left in June!】
Time seems to fly once a big event is over. As we head into July, our swimming lessons will begin using the pool at Tomioka Elementary and Junior High School. We’ll also hold learning counseling sessions to set individual goals and decide on summer assignments—this is a time to wrap up the first part of the school year.
When walking through the school, we see students setting their own goals and working on their tasks in various classrooms. Compared to the beginning of the school year, it’s clear how much they’ve grown.

In the upper grades, the 9th graders recently took their achievement test. The 7th and 8th graders will take theirs in two weeks, so they spent some time planning their study schedules.
Some students even asked their teachers, “How should I study for it?”
For the 7th graders, this will be their first achievement test. We’re cheering them on as they do their best to show what they’ve learned so far!
