If using the Joban Expressway
Turn right at the signal after exiting the Joban-Tomioka IC. At the signal near Lawson Tomioka Kamiteoka store, turn right onto Prefectural Route 35. Turn right at the next signal, pass the Okuma Town Hall, and turn right at the T-junction near commercial facilities and public housing. Follow the road, and the facility will appear on your right.

- During busy periods, spaces may fill up.
