Seamless Learning
from Age 0

We provide seamless learning by leveraging the shared environment of our certified kindergarten and compulsory education school,
allowing children to learn together.

  • Environment (Time and Space)

We intentionally design environments that encourage natural interactions among children of diverse ages.

  • Interaction Between Kindergarten and School Students

We nurture growth through events, childcare, and lessons that encourage natural interactions and integration.

  • Seamless Team

A cross-institutional teaching team who promotes seamless learning, creating play and educational experiences that transcend age.

Learning Management

By streamlining the time spent on knowledge acquisition, we enable deeper learning through inquiry. Students develop self-management skills, such as setting their own goals for long breaks (e.g., summer homework), and immerse themselves in what they truly enjoy.

  • Learner-Centered Education

Our classes incorporate self-paced learning methods, allowing students to personalize their education based on their proficiency levels and unique traits.

  • Schedules Belong to the Students

We cultivate management skills by allowing children to manage schedules, relationships (teacher availability, peers), and learning content (areas to strengthen or improve).

  • Level-Up Time

A 25-minute daily session that students can use freely and systematically to enhance their strengths or address their weaknesses.

Future Design Time

Starting from their own "interests" and "questions," students work on unique "My Projects." By engaging with the people and rich history of Okuma and encountering pioneers in various STEAM fields, they connect these experiences to shaping their own lives.

  • Inspiring Encounters as Starting Points

Students meet individuals tackling sustainable regional development and innovation challenges.

  • Yume Lab
    (Lower Grades)

Students collaborate with professionals from various STEAM fields, laying the groundwork to explore future visions through question-driven activities.

  • Future Design Project
    (Upper Grades)

Students apply everything they’ve learned at Yumenomori to implement unique, one-of-a-kind projects that contribute to their own well-being and to that of society.

Creative Theater Education

Students engage with the local community through theatrical expression, building self-esteem,
communication skills, collaboration, and creativity while weaving new stories for Okuma.

  • 4C Competencies Through Everyday Experiences

Fostering 4C Skills from Early Childhood Through Developmental Stages via Theater Workshops.
※ 4C: Creativity, Critical Thinking, Communication, and Collaboration.

  • Artistic Expression Across Disciplines

Students create stage productions that integrate singing in music, expression in physical education, and costume creation in art and home economics.

  • Theatrical
    Performances

Students collaborate with artists and peers to transform differences into strengths, creating new stories for Okuma that inspire and move the local community.

Inclusive Learning

From the perspective of DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), we use individualized support plans and foster common understanding to provide tailored support for every child. We aim to create an inclusive learning environment that maximizes each student’s potential.

DE&I at Yumenomori

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) are essential elements for pursuing well-being in society and organizations.
At Yumenomori, we aim to support the growth of children with diverse personalities and traits by providing reasonable accommodations (Equity), respecting diversity (Diversity), and fostering well-being in an inclusive and nurturing environment (Inclusion).
