Cold winds are beginning to blow, and there are more and more days when we can really feel the chill in the air. It’s been about two months since the start of the second term in late August, and only about two months remain until the end of the year. At Yume no Mori, we’re promoting the “Autumn of Reading”!

The “Teachers’ Recommended Books” Apple Tree for the Reading Week project has been completed, and the Reading Bingo and Quiz Challenge have begun. Those who complete their Bingo cards can earn a small prize!

【Kindergarten Performance Day】

Because they had often seen the kindergarten children practicing so hard in the library hall, the students from the school watched the performance with feelings of encouragement and support. Some even asked their teachers if they could take a little time to watch, saying, “I really want to see them, even just for a bit.”

“They were all working so hard and were really cute. Watching them was so heartwarming,”—the children were clearly moved by the singing, instrument playing, and acting.

Students from grades 4–9, through the student council, thought about how to provide good hospitality. They answered a survey on what would make visiting guests happy. What can we do to make it enjoyable for everyone? Let’s think together and create a wonderful experience.
