As June comes to a close, we’re starting to feel signs of the rainy season.
There have already been surprisingly hot days—making it all the more important to remind everyone to stay hydrated and take precautions against heatstroke.
After the excitement of the Sports Festival settled down, we held the fitness test—an event that got everyone fired up once again!

Everyone gathered at the arena with their hats, towels, and water bottles in hand!
After warming up, we split into groups and went to different stations for the fitness tests.
Teachers reminded students to stay hydrated and rest in the shade, and thanks to those efforts, the event was completed safely.

In the arena, we did sit-and-reach, side-to-side jumps, curl-ups, and grip strength tests.

On the field, we did the ball throw, standing long jump, and 50-meter dash.
Under a clear blue sky with not a cloud in sight, everyone did their best.

The last event of the day was the shuttle run for students in grades 3 to 6, held in the arena.
It’s a test of endurance—a challenge against yourself.
Students who had already finished cheered on their classmates, shouting, “You can do it!”
