Next month, the Children’s Assembly is scheduled to take place. It will be an opportunity for junior high students to reflect the questions and concerns they usually have as child council members in the town’s decision-making process.

As a part of their preparatory learning, the students observed a session of the town council held at the town hall. They are currently considering questions that could help improve the town, its residents, and their schools. During the observation, they were able to see up close what kinds of questions are actually asked in the council.
