We had the opportunity to spend the last two days with the wonderful four people.
It was a wonderful experience for those who are working in the world of early childhood education and those who aspire to it.
I want my children to lead happy lives.
Every time I heard their stories, I felt that they all had the same purpose.
As a place of learning where children meet for the first time,
As a teacher meeting for the first time,
With the happiness and responsibility of being involved in a part of that child’s life in my heart,
What path will these four people take toward that great goal?

By the way, what is the difference between purpose, goal, aim, and intention?
If your “purpose” is to reach the top of a mountain, what route will you take to get there?
Set points every day
I guess the goal is to set a route to that point…
If so, your goals may change…
No, it’s actually good to change!
Depending on the weather, depending on your condition at the time, and even if you decide to go…
If you fail to attack the point, go back and plan your strategy…
I think that the task of “thinking” is attached to goals…
Thought after thought
The “wish” for each child turns into their own “aim”…
Every day, “Aim for childcare! Be intentional about your interactions with young children!”
Considering the changes in the environment surrounding children today…
Even “unintentional childcare” can be provided “intentionally”!
That’s how you aim for the top…

However…
There is a tendency to try to climb by following the old guideposts left by someone…
Because that road certainly leads to the top of the mountain…
However, this is because the childcare worker at that time is close to the child’s heart.
I watched the child and climbed back and forth, trying to do this and that.
This is nothing but a route designed for that child…
It’s easy to follow the path that already exists…
You can even make excuses if it doesn’t feel right…
However, this does not create any intention for childcare or interaction with young children…
Also, if you take National Route 6, you will definitely reach Tokyo.
If childcare was like that…
I don’t find “this path” attractive in the slightest!
The path of childcare is to carve out a path without a path together with children.
There is more than just one path. There should be as many as there are children!
That’s why I’m suffering so much…
That’s why so many things don’t go well…
Isn’t that the real thrill of this road?
In other words, the summit (purpose) we are aiming for is the “dream forest axis.”
Aiming for the “Yume no Mori Axis”
Each path you climb with your child becomes a “dream forest path”…
And as a designer for the happiness of children,
The path to hone your mind, skill, and body is called “Yume no Mori Do (Yumenomori Style)”!
We feel like steam is coming out of our heads…
It feels like Sunday in my ears…
I cherish the sight of children playing with such immersion…
What should I do for that…
What to say, what not to say, what to give, and what to take away…
I am working hard to master the “Yume no Mori Michi”…
In order to guide that vision, I place great importance on spending time interacting with picture books…

Picture book reading by Director Nango It feels like a different picture book when the person changes… I want to value reading aloud by the voices of various people…

Making toys according to children…

Try changing the place you play sometimes…

Even if things don’t go in the direction the designer intended… That’s what children aspire to… If so, let’s take a closer look…

Sand and water are a captivating pair…

Earth and water are an engrossing combination…

Designers and children alike are loving it!
