【Daily Record】Welcome to Yumenomori Party!

During 4th period on April 21, the “Welcome to Yumenomori Party” was held at Yumenomori by all current students for the new and transferring students. Led by the students of the Yumenomori Student Council, they came up with and put together fun activities to welcome the new and transferring students! This time, we held a “School Hide-and-Seek” and “Tag on the Sports Field.”

In the first game, “School Hide-and-Seek,” the new and transferring students played the role of those hiding, while the current students played the role of the seekers. At Yumenomori, which features unique locations and playful spaces not found in other schools, there are plenty of places to hide if you put your mind to it! Everyone thought carefully and hid with all their might so as they would never be found. The teachers who newly arrived at Yumenomori this year also joined in with all their might and enjoyed the game together with the children.

The second activity was “Tag on the Sports Field”! This time, we interacted by playing “Banana Tag.” The children ran around energetically on the vast, expansive lawn. Before we knew it, the entire field was filled with many smiles.

The “Welcome to Yumenomori Party” was enjoyed by everyone from the 1st to the 6th grade. Yumenomori has the wonderful quality of allowing everyone to engage with one another, breaking down the barriers between grades.

“Cherish yourself, cherish others, and together, weave the future.”

We hope that the students will keep these words close to their hearts and lead a joyful school life.
