The sun now sets earlier, and the mornings are still dim — the season of long autumn nights has begun.
Reading is the perfect way to spend these cozy evenings! 📚
On September 11, a wooden bookshelf donated by the Taylor Anderson Memorial Fund was placed inside the Yumenomori school building.
The warm, wooden design fits perfectly with the atmosphere of Yumenomori.

The original picture books created by students from Ogaki Higashi High School were so beautifully made that it was hard to believe they were handmade. Each page was full of delightful surprises. The children eagerly picked them up, saying, “They’re so cute!”
(The presentation ceremony was held at the Kodomoen.)

New releases and seasonal picture books are among the highly recommended titles — we hope everyone will pick them up and enjoy reading.
[CBT Trial Survey]
Students from grades 3 to 8 participated in a tablet-based test. In the future, tests using computers or tablets are expected to become more common. This time, as a practice session, students answered questions in Japanese, math, and English using tablets.

〜Reflections〜
- “The questions were easy to solve.”
- “Typing on the keyboard was difficult, especially switching to half-width input.”
- “I found paper tests easier to take.”
- “It was different from the usual tests, and some parts were tricky, but I was able to complete it. I want to get more used to the tablet operations next time.”
