The 2nd grade students explored the town.
The first place they visited was “Takimoto Denki”. A family owned electrical shop. They had many questions such as “What is the cheapest product?”. They kindly answered their questions.
Next, we headed to “Satsuki Beauty Salon”. “What kind of work do you do?” and “Can you dye my hair when it turns grey?” were some of the questions they asked.
To everyone in the shopping district, thank you for letting us visit during your busy schedules.
Continuing a tradition from last year, Mr. Sakaguchi or “Uncle Balloon” visited the school. He made lots of balloon animals and shapes.
The children happily played with balloon swords and wore balloon wings. Everyone was full of wonderful smiles. Thank you very much Mr.Sakaguchi.
Tomorrow is finally the day the 5-7th grade students go to Tokyo. Looking over the important notes and plans, the preparations look perfect. We hope they enjoy the next two days, and no one gets hurt.
