When children say they “like” something, they ask “why?”.
They want become people who know how to write, read, create, grow, build, progress, etc…
And set off on their own adventures…
The children set their own course…
Teachers are not their coordinators and conductors…
Teachers listen attentively to students thoughts…
Sometimes, we pretend we dont know anything…
Sometimes, we support them on their course…
Sometimes, we try to get them to work with others…
Sometimes, we offer opportunites to meet professionals…
Because we accompany them on their great adventures…
This is our job…
Thats why we call teachers “Designers”.
What kind of person will this child become?
She seems interesting in taking photos of the creatures and flowers of Ogawara.

As her adventure gets bigger and bigger, she wants to express herself and tell everyone what she has learned, even proceeding to copy down difficult words in hiragana.
This is what “Yattemi-tai” means…
This child wants to do something amazing…
Please look forward to seeing progress on her adventure!!
It didn’t sound like anyone was in this room, but when we peeked in…

They are drawing a “Roman village with fruits”. It was Okuma Town! Are those (Yumenomori) strawberries?
After a while, they finally said “Let’s go!!” and went outside.

They saw only one pill bug yesterday, but they were determined to find much more today.

“I found one, I found one!!”
They were overjoyed that they found some.
It’s interesting how they look like pill bugs while looking for pill bugs…
Whoa, they even have tails!
After this, we are going to a wide open space to play that Shippotori game (Capture the flag) that we enjoy playing. They made their own tails by themselves, so they better not get taken easily!!
They took a walk out in their cart, but some kids don’t really enjoy being in it…
But thats ok!
However, designers take their time using the cart to make sure the children are safe on their daily walks.
Now they love the “Yume no mori” cart!

It’s a pity that there aren’t many days when everyone can be here together…
It seems that the students are also likely to get sick at this time of year…
Early to bed, early to rise, don’t forget to eat breakfast!
Hoping to see everyone tomorrow!
